The food is delicious and healthy!..the service is great! And friendly staff! I love the ambiance! It is a fun chill cool industrial vibe to just eat and relax! I enjoy coming in to have my lit teas, waffles! And more!!!
Very nice owner, workers, and service. Can't find much places that offer quality nutritional dense food/drinks like this one. I got the protein peanut butter donut (I already ate it before pic lol), iced coffee, and banana nut pancakes. Everything tastes great! And they are very accommodating with your order (if you prefer pancakes over waffle, supplement add-ins, etc.) Definitely a gem of a business, and will be back soon to try their other menu items.

This spot is really nice! If you want to enjoy some good shakes or booster (teas) even some crepes and don't feel guilty because it's healthy, this is the place !! The place it felt comfy, everything is clean, there is a mask requirement for safety regarding others of course, it also has table games to play while you wait for your order
Indulge in the healthiest way possible! We've only been there twice but the customer service is great and there's so many treats to try! Protein shakes are filling and although they look super sweet, they're made with sugar free syrups! Healthy crepes and waffles are delicious with fresh fruit and basically everything on the menu is a perfect option for a post workout snack/meal! If you're tired of eating unhealthy while out, I definitely suggest a stop by this place and trying something different! Can't wait to see this place grow!
